Colonial Style

Balanced, symmetrical and timeless. The colonial is a two-story classic with evenly spaced windows, shutters and a covered front porch that never goes out of style.

We build colonials on our clients' own land across the Lowcountry, each one shaped around the family who'll live in it. These are a few we've built.

The style

• Symmetrical two-story front
• Evenly spaced windows with shutters
• Covered front porch
• Attached garage options
• Floor plans shaped around your family
