Our story
Built by the name on the sign.
Flowertown Home Builders is owner-run. When you build with us, you work directly with Kevin, from the first walk of your lot to the final walkthrough.
Meet Kevin
He builds every home like it's his own.
Kevin has been building custom homes across the Lowcountry since 2006. In 2018 he started Flowertown Home Builders to do it his way: a small number of homes each year, with the owner on site and nothing handed off.
As owner and general contractor, he's the one who walks your land with you, works through your plans, and stands behind every detail. His own family lives in a home he built, and yours gets that same care, down to the last detail.
What makes a Flowertown home different.
Your land, your plan
We build on your lot in Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton or Dorchester county. Bring your own floor plan, start from one of ours, or design something new together.
Small on purpose
We take on a limited number of homes each year so the owner can be on every site, not just on the paperwork.
No guessing
Kevin keeps you updated at every stage, and you're welcome on site anytime, so you always know where your home stands.
Let's build something that's yours.
Tell us about your land and what you're dreaming of. Kevin will set up a time to walk the lot with you.
